Successfully completing a comprehensive SWOT and competitor analysis, providing valuable insights into Pippi Post’s position in the market and identifying potential growth opportunities. Thorough research on the targeted audience allowed the creation of detailed personas. The delving into analytics and metrics, identifying key performance indicators, and suggesting improvements for better tracking and analysis led to the crafting of a user journey map. Lastly, is the creation of the website wireframe with the suggested improvements from thorough research to the website's design and functionality, aimed at enhancing user engagement and conversion rates.
